RESTORING DIZZY D16Z6
-------------------
as I said before, I had 2 DIZZY. a D16Z6 and D15B7 TD41 TD42.
but they were not quite en workers were severed wires, coils were bad .. a lot of work. I decided to make two Dizzy only one worker.
first i took wire and divided them.
Cut black rubber and sepate wire's.
also i "clean" shell. (empty shell D16Z6)
color of wire and connector
uncheck white limiter, so you can get every wire. He comes out the bottom connector.
this picture after soldering new wire (orange + , black -)
I had two DIZZY, but they were different "ignition". I used HITACHI who was on the D15B7.
Install sensor back, and do not forget to oil the hole...
... or the tip axis.
Going back.
AND FINISH!!
PS-1 In the beginning, I cut Black Rubber cables. Now I use sealant. at hand was red, but it does not matter.
PS-2 In Bottom put on KEY and RING back.
