With a bit more power i was thinking upgrade my brakesystem.
What parts do i need o convert rear to disc brakes.

Just bought rear arms with discs, callipers, brake fluid hoses and handbrake cables from civic eg, del-sol, integra or ek civic.
The swap is easy job.
You just will need these objects.
Otherwise you can keep your civic suspension arms and just add the discs assembly, hoses and handbrake cables.

can i use the existing brake lines from the drum arms???
i have bought the arms with disks andcame with the handbrake cables....

thnxi just try to score the hubs with the discs try to mount them to my own trailing arms, do i consider changes to my master cilinder or do i need other parts of the braking system of an EK4 civic

It will wise to swap EK4 proportioning valve for better braking balance if your ej9 has abs.
The part number for EK4 valves are:
46210-S04-811
46470-S10-E01

i dont have ABS so i dont need any other parts only hubs with calipers and disks, some brakefluid lines and other handbrake cables?

Because they are completely different.
So you will need hoses from EG, EK, Del-Sol or Integra
As you can see in the picture the EK4 brake line hoses are the part number 4 and 5 and the ej9 for drum brakes are the part with number 3
The proportioning valve is the number 6
