Yes you have 2 balljoints on either side. One mounted on the upper control arm and one on the lower control arm

If I google on it, it seems like a problem with IAT and PCS.
Please check if those connections are OK and also check the IAT resistance, it might be broken now..

I would stick to the D16Z6 throttle body and IACV
Forget and ditch the D14 RACV completely :mrgreen:

OBD 1 compatible ignition ?

Hi there, I want to do a OBD-I conversion on my EJ9. For that conversion I now have a EK3 wiring loom with a OBD2a ignition plug and a OBD-I ignition from a D15B7. Now I was thinking, ain't using the TD 80U from the EK3 much easier ? Also the TD 80U is cheaper. So my question is, does a TD 80U work ...

The biggest difference is the interiour loom. The 5th gen engine looms connect to the interiour loom and the ECU connects to the interiour loom. The 6th engine looms connect directly to the ECU. Also the interiour connectors are completely different. For you I think a D16Y8 engine loom with OBD-I co...

So if I'm right the ECU plugs on a '96-'00 loom are on the engine wire loom ? As far as I know the ECU plugs on a '92-'00 loom are on the interiour loom, isn't it ?
