d14a1 and d14a2 was found in older civics. they are different then the d14a3 d14a4 d14z1........ ej9 engines and doesnt fit.

yes the ej9 cam is a d16 cam. its from the y7

the cam in the a3 a4 engines is actually a D16 cam,not a d14. its the same like the y7 one. only difference is the cam gear why its fit on the d14 engine. the cam have a lift for a d16 engine. in efect a real d14 cam is very very mild.
