Can I swap the rails ? but I need advice to do that

I fitted my eg6 vti seats, but only 3/4 bolts fit.
Does the swaping of the rail and frame helps?
I am not sure how to take the rails, frams off tho. Please help

Fit the eg6 vti seats now, more comfortable but only 3 bolts fits, the nut holes facing down vertically doesnt match . but it feels okay to drive, the seats doesnt move while driving. Only why you push the top of the seat very hard on one side. picture later
