Is it better to swap the camshaft from a d16z6 or any kind of d16 or is it better to regrind stock?

To kind of using thoa topic..i just want to be 100% sure.
If i would place a d16z6 head 9n a d14 engine. Do you need a d16 distribution belt or a d14 belt?

Now i have been reading a lot of turbo build honda topics. And i knowtest people making comments about the oil feed line giving to much oil to the turbo. They are telling about using restrictors to 1mm. Does anyone know how to figure out the right ammount of oil going to the turbo?

so for example,

i have a d14a3 and i put a d16z6 vtec had on it, is it better to place a aftermarket cam like a Blox or a skunk
or is it better to regrind the stock one of the d16z6 head?

witch stage is reccomanded?

Those jr 10 are pretty havy. I checked them out last week. They are 8.36kg each. 15inch
Jr 5 are about the lightest to get 6.15kg 15 inch
You can feel the difference in weight when you pick them up. Its also because the types like jr10 are thicker then the jr5
I think about 10 or 15cm
