i have another question,
are the aftermarket Valves (like OMI-high preformance) that are for d15-16 also going to fit (plug play) for a stock d14 head? same goes for the springs.
im not sure to go for the retrainers sins i dont think they are the parts that are going to have a hard time.

how many people have experience with daily turbo's?..i drive my car during the weekends, but around oktober till april i need the car as a daily. i think i make around 6000-7000km a year. to be honest there are so many factors to keep in mind to make it a relayable, but assuming the factors as cooli...

if got some questions; - way should you not get like skunk2 piston rods just to be sure. they are like 450Euro's (d15/d16 but specs are saying they can be used for honda 1996/1998) are they the same as d14? - isn't it better to get some low compression pistons? - what about the cilinder head, arent ...

So i was wondering. I came across a s20 transmission from a d15. But now when i see the final is a bit lower...what does this meen? Will it go slower than my original s40 transm? And will it make a difference?

They told me that it wouldnt make a difference because its a daily... But i think after 17 years a fresh pair/stronger ones will be a smart thing to do right... Can i only change the springs or do i also need to change the rest?

thats good information, so now i have been searching on several sites for a wideband oxygen meter for my 1.4 (obd2) but the only thing i came across is a wideband sensor with a led display so you can check if your fuel/air mixture is the way it should be.. but this is not what upgrades preformance r...

There is someone here that told me there are "pteformance" o2 sensors that even helps out the obd2 that i have.
Does anyone know something about his?
Is there a point that the lambda needs to be changed due to age and accuracy?

After i regrinded my d14 cam.. Can i just mount it back in using my stock camgear for now? And leave the rest of the head stock?
