* sax- what do u mean by properly in the cold? the car starts up fine and seems to come to temperature quite normally-its after youv done a few miles it seems to play up

hi, yesterday i had alot of points checked.. *tested fan switch-came on fine *tested switch into thermostat housing-fan came on fine *checked fan relay and fuses-working fine Bubbles???hmmm yes sometimes i do think i here them on start up....could be in my head tho.... Im going to replace thermostat...

thanks for the replies, i should of mentioned the thermostat was replaced at the time i had an air lock (a few months back) so it should be fine... The head gasket is only 3 months old and was fitted by my friend(qualified mechanic)-But i did notice alot of crap/brown had got into the coolant expans...

It all looks like good quality stuff to me, however im used to using ebay exahusts etc without any issue In terms of fitment, id expect it to be perfect fit for the price again as the ebay stuff i use has given me no issues with fitment. The only problems with fitment iv found are when you mix difer...

only similar experience iv had is from day 1 the passenger window motor was a bit slow. I think it was due to the seals around the window being very dry/sticky and iv now burnt out the motor over time trying to force the window.....ballache I would of thought the window wiper would last forever due ...

hi sax, do you mean the width or tubing or the length?

Width shouldnt matter as im currently running a near stock size mid pipe with a oversize backbox and it fits fine, no leaks etc.

Length should be a problem, my friend is a welder

hey people, i think its already mentioned but i cant find a definate answer.

Are Integra type r dc2 back boxs a straight fit onto ej9?I think i heard they are the same as ek9 back boxs which are a straight fit

EP3 exhaust back box

Started this topic to see if any1 has fitted an EP3 type r backbox to our ej9... I can see that the EP3 pipe has a difrent bend compared to ours, anyone know if it could be cut and welded to our backbox?Im after a good oem backbox as im sick of my 4"tip ebay job farting round town.... :lol: Bee...
