this has nothing to do with my problem. My map sensor is a GM one that holds 21 psi , and OEM one is supposed to be good for 11 psi.Acc3l3ratoR wrote:the stock map only suports 8 psi of positive preasure...

you probably didn't understand what i meant, 100 euros is for a D14, here nobody wants them. a b series in more less good shape is 800 euros, just the block, no tranny or anything, so don't worry it aint as cheap as you think

so the piston melted? Shame.. negatif son, pistons 1 and 4 cracked, but not melted at all, they simply didn't like the extra stress of the higher pressure, but i believe, that the rings didn't seal properly, cause i din;t over bore the cylinders, i just did a hone and new std rings. I guess too muc...

well honestly for the price, it is not that fast yeah. with my tubo d14 i have way more fun and hp that with the same amount of money and a supercharger, so even if i love the sound the performance isnt there...

i agree that a rotrex would be fun, and i just looove the sound of a supercharged D!!!! but honestly it is not worth the money, a turboed D is way more fun and affordable, but just check this one out

well it hasn't happen yet, cause of my turbo build, but i beleive it will come eventually the only thing that has stopped me from doing NOS is just because nearby where i live there's nowhere to refill the bottles...
