AT control

I know that people here go to the Manual but still may be aware that a monitoring automatic. this has its own control module, or it's all in the OBDx?

try to explain.
when the car is "manual gearbox", the driver himself controls on what and when to switch speeds, high or low - 1 2 3 4 5 N R.

What as a control for "automatic transmission". where the control module?
my gearbox S4PA

Module is inside the ECU. All AT ECU's use the extra connector position which is left empty on MT ECU's. For OBD1 it is the C-connector.

No unfortunatly not, AT connector position is empty/dead/blind connection on all MT ECU's.

i find some text:

OBD2A - for MT
OBD2B - for AT

OBD1\0 - for all ?

all is true? or it just version ECU, i mean OBD2b just new ECU.

I think all ECU's, OBD0/1/2a/2b come in both MT and AT version?

B16A-Gen2 USE OBD1 [92-95], OBD2a from [96-98] and OBD2b from [99-00]
