bad luck indeed, mine is still okay after almost 100,000 miles. it doesnt like launches that much but can take full power changes fine enough.

City use is the worst of all, you use the clutch more so it wears more. My kms are for a big part driven on the highway. On the other hand I drove years of newspaper hoods with it (yes you read it correctly, paperboy in the countryside) and still no problem, though I always used caution when doing so.

well, at least clutch kits are cheap, at least compared with some other cars...

My clutch still works fine but after some abuse it slips badly.. When I shift at high rpm's it doesnt grab as it should or like it used to.. I am thinking of changing to a D16Z6 clutch as they are slightly bigger so I assume they will grab much harder than a D14 clutch and wont slip like a D14 clutch? Either that or get a competition stage 1 D16Z6 clutch

I think that might work indeed (but you have to put D16 flywheel as well).
