Need help with VTEC map

Hello everyone this is my first post on the forum.
I am planning to do something very similar to what Dodo has done to his D14A3 but with a couple of changes.
So far it's planned like this:
Rebuilt stock bottom end D14A3
Rebuilt D16Y8 head with D16Y8 cam and adjustable cam gear
D16Z6 intake manifold, stock intake tube and airbox, D15B7 throttle body
190 cc injectors
D15Z6 obd2b engine loom and diy harness to obd1
P06 ECU flashed with a new map
Now my issue is the map, since I dont have any tuners near me and dyno is like a unicorn around here I need the closest possible map that would work with this setup. I am thinking about using stock D16Y8 map to begin with and i guess it would run but i would not be getting the maximum out of the engine.
Does anyone have experience with this exact build and what would you recommend?
