It´s a D15B2 out of a 5th gen civic with OBD1 engine harness and OBD0 ECU harness I think.

The D15B7 map can't be used, because they also drive 2 injectors with one port at the ECU and so the fuel values are to high for 4 seperate injectors.

I used a D16Z6 (P28) Map on a P30 basemap in Crome.

The next problem we're now is to get good idle, because if I only use the IAC compensation, it won't run smooth...
This is, because Crome doesn't support DC controlling of the IAC I think..

Not even the idle screw on the throttle body can fix the problem, because there's not enough air, to keep the engine running.
We've fixed it in the meanwhile by adjusting the set screw for the throttle, but it's not a good solution.

If you drive and then you want to stop, the idle gets down to 500-800 and then after a few seconds goes back to 1400 where it should be (other cams used).
The IAC is to slow, to compensate the fast throttle and load change...

I'll try to get it running using the battery offset, eventually there is the key for this problem...

If anyone has some ideas, please tell me

Eh wait... so you still have the DPi D15B2 injection setup? To get that working with MPFi basemaps is quite marvelous... and really not done before. Sometimes in the past people were trying to put VTEC on these engines, but that was a no go... but you might pull it of if you get this running.

Hypothetically speaking...

No, there meust be a missunderstanding, We've done the D15B2 with a MPFI setup (D16Z6 intake manifold)...

Yesterday we where on the dyno... 112kW and about 160Nm
idle is still not at the optimum, but we're working on it ;)

Aaaah I was guessing so much ;).

112kW is about 153 bhp... don't you mean 112 bhp? That would make sense (and still really good sense, already 10 hp above stock D15B7!)

no I mean 112kW...
also done 12:1 compression, crower light weight rods, CatCam camshaft, head rework and some more modifications...

A short 3rd,4th,5th gear from MFactory will also be added to the setup and a DIY ITB

Lets see, whats possible with 1.5liters and no VTEC ;)

Holy shit, good going man! Make sure the 1:12 doesn't get you in the end, but love the sound of it.

driving 100 octane fuel, or doing some ignition retard to prevent knocking...
good sound with a mugen CatBack ;)
