If anybody would stay on obd2a-b what is the best way to make the ignition better? I mean with an stronger external coil? Because i sourched and nobody sell's d14 distributor cap's for external coil..anyone has made a homemade cap?

OEM is fine for any N/A D14 and turbo.Unless you are going to extremes like 12.5 - 13 :1 compression and 20psi of boost on that point your stock ignition can't keep up anymore.If you really want to you can always install a MSD 6A ignition system or even a CDI ignition .They cost a lot and i don't think you'll gain alot with a mildy build engine,only some throttle response.
