The difference in clips is the difference between the OBD1 and OBD2 injectors. Functioning is the same.

Here is a very good picture
you can make OBD1 injectors fit into an OBD2 plug by pulling out the blue insert as seen here:

Is it accurate boys?

Furthermore the splashing water from wet road or the damp will cause bad connection.
Better is to go with obd1 clips. ;) :)

saxophonias, man!))) I found this picture yesterday, and wanted to add) fast!)

Incidentally an interesting idea, I have not thought about it. would have to look OBD1 wiring and cut the injector.

I tried the above picture once myself... did not like the fit, felt flimsy.

I asked about this a little while ago actually. I have the stock 240cc injectors off a D16z6 and as you all know it wouldn't fit on to my D14z2.

So I approached the ghetto way, as I was short on money to get new injectors that actually fitted without messing around with the wires and plugs etc.

So I had the 8 wires cut and soldered. My friend is qualified in (electronic engineering) and did it in a way where it was very neat and tidy and shrink wrapped the wire so nothing is lose or exposed and ran perfect and feels solid.

Actually my B16B has the same, but for the opposite reason, original OBD1 loom with OBD2 plugs soldered on it  . But good soldering and heatwrapping is the best way if you must, holds for years. Good work!
