I understood now ! thanks .
only way i know is to connect the injector directly to the battery (with the injector fitted on fuel rail) and measure the volume injected in a certain period of time. Cheers

shit. :(

today I put another set of injectors. I test them. they all "click" when connected AAA 1.5v.

I decided to test the machine, plug and go. a normal start. nor any unauthorized sound. Then I pressed the pedal acselerator. RPM risen to nearly 7000. :shock: 6800 i think


then turns qick start fall down. no sound. I rolled on emergency gang on the roadside. after trying to start the engine for 5 minutes. car started only when I pressed the gas pedal - full opened TB.


The sound was such as if working 2 or 3 cylinder. I think that one jet is broken. (I hope that only jet and nothing else).

Tomorrow I will watch closely. It seemed that the smell of burning plastic in the cabin. Clem took off the battery at night.

were the injectors 240cc? had they the same impedance of stock 190cc? are you using normal D14ECU? Error Light? Cheers

impedance - u mean Resistor? Ohm?

1. D14A4 - 12 Ohm - 190CC
2. D16z6 - 12 Ohm - xxxCC
3. Unknown JETS - 2.5 Ohm - xxCC.
(early i think it from another D16 now it from B16 B18 series)


it's insatalled yesterday, yes with D14 ECU. no errrors check. today i tested jets again with AAA 1.5 - all "clicks",
now i go to test drive with D16Z6 jets (my previous set).

i think my unknown jet's it from B series. my friend swaping EG5 to B16A and he have IM like me (that JETS comming to me with IM viewtopic.php?f=31&t=226&start=0)

i hope i not broken something else.

all works all right.. alll 4 jets. all 4 cylinder. no sound, no smell of burning plastic. :roll:

my mistake was in B16 injector's.. i thinked it D16.

The b16a2 and d16z6 have the same injectors, 240cc the part number is 06164P06A02
Might something else is the problem.
Maybe they b16a2 jets are broken.

B16A2 - Europen
B16A B18C - JDM (japanase) it's my jets.

externally they are the same. 1 to 1. difference outward only in the sealing rings in a series D - black, on a series B - green.

But! Series B has a different impedance - 2.5 ohm. Maybe they can use but through additional resistance.

early i say u about 3 set of jet's d14 d16 b16
only b16 pass test with AAA 1.5 or other WaveGenerator. i mean if connect JET with AAA the i hear "CLICK CLICK CLICK". but D14 and D16 not clicked (or very silent). i think all trouble with resistance. 12 - 2.5 Ohm
