Νο you can't swap directly the p28 ecu.
You will need also the harness with 3pins like the d16y7 one.

Actually the MB series Civic 5door is Honda Domani in other markets with 4door body.
Because it produced between the 5gen and 6gen we don't know where to put it.

Then the second gen domani is the similar with the 6 gen civic ek. But domani had more luxurious interior, like the acura el that has the same exterior parts with domani

Wow I did not know any of that at all.

To me the UK Civic is indeed gen 5.5 as well, but I'd see it even more as a Concerto 2. Does everybody know the Concerto 1? It was basically a Civic with less sporty and more roomy.

Is this a japanese ecu? as my car doesnt seem to do anymore than 180kmph which is what all japanese cars are limited to. Car also seems to have some japanese parts too. I.e. the brake resevoir cap reads in french and english, like any european car wuld but the power steering bottle reads in japanese and english. like any jap car does.

so it seems my UK car uses some japanese parts too.

so does anyone know what i would need to go obd1 with this setup?

thanks
