I think you will understand that here I have drawn,
is GASKETS TB and IM from the D16. blue, I showed the difference in the D14.
cannot bring D14 pads TC, I put them (quite forgetting that the old pasted).
One difference is the hole for the coolant - to D16 is square. D14 - circle. but the dimensions are suitable. also in the D16 "cut of" at the top but you do not worry.

The square cut for coolant is the gasket from 92-95 Civics
the 96-00 Civics have circle cut for coolant line at the intake manifold gasket.

they fits, but back side (where gasket) litle diff. many part's of D series fits from many cars with no problem. or litle))

i repeat, and i think other agree with me, some think from D seriens fits for other think from D series. IM gasket is a little different, but the basic parameters are the same and are not critical. you can use as D14 and D16. thickness I looked at them the same material too.
and more. I noticed that all of my TB alike. Yes of course they are suitable for the fasteners. but if we discard all sensors (except sensor rotation flap), then this one and the same iron base. with slight differences.
