Your difference in contact is the difference between OBD1 plug (left - D16) and OBD2 plug (right - D14).

The difference between 190 or 240 cc is in the tip color (you have to remove them from the IM to check!). If the tip is green-blueish (exact tint changes over brands and models!) you have 190 cc. If the tip is more orange-red-brownish (tint changes as well), you got the 240 cc. And that is the same for both OBD1 or 2.

Hi all

Just wanted to ask which gasket to get for the TB? I'll put a stock D14A3 TB on an IM from a D16 (dunno actually if Z6 or Y8  it's from an ESI if that helps). I'll go an order the gasket but I still have the D14 TB on the car so couldn't take a look if it's any different to the D16 one so wanted to ask you guys if it's the same or which one should I order.

Thx 8-)

You should order the D14A4 TB gasket not D14A3 as it is restricted (hence the 15 more horsepower on the A4). For IM gasket use the one that fits the manifold, i.e Y8 manifold use Y8 gasket, etc. They should all be pretty close though.
