Just a quick update on my situation.

It appears that there are no visible vacuum leaks so on further inspection when we pulled the MAP sensor out it ran a lot better. There is no jerking but it still idles around 1500rpm and splutters under loading below 2000rpm. I am going to replace it with the MAP sensor from my old TB which I know is working right and take it from there.

Possibly is vacuum leak form throttle body gasket and maybe form IM gasket. Or from vacuum hoses.
Other scenario is remained air on the cooling system.
And last the map sensor.
But I suggest to swap the whole old throttle body because previously it was working well. And so check, if the car working with bad idle then the problem is vacuum leak
