A mechanic told me, that my cat was a 2 way cat. But in the manual it comes described as a high flow 3 way cat. If anything B16 should have one of those for sure =)

I see. A better flow CAT should give a better performance right. :D

Update.
Everything fitted nicely. I haven't been able to check it out yet and take photos.
However, the car FAIL MOT in emission and noise~
Need a new CAT and muffle~.

One question: is it better to get a new stock or similar CAT? or I can get a used EK9 CAT. (used CAT may not gurante a pass in MOT right? ) :? :?

Yes better to put new cat because you might get more horsepower from engine, that are hidden now due to the old blocked cat.

The hole exhaust system does not garantee the aproval on MOT. why dont you use one entire exhaust system on MOT and the new one on the street?
Even with stock cat and final muffler its not granted you will pass.
Do you have a 4-2-1 aftermarket exhaust manifold?
Stock exhaust manifold is roughly maded to decrease gas speeds in order to work in combo with the CAT, helping to "filter" the air. If you have one better flowing manifold or exhaust the result will be more speed - less filtration

Hi guys
Too late now I change the iM and the exhaust manifold with everything working
but the engine management light stay on somehow.

OK.
I have this in mind. New CAT
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

And an EK stock exhaust with bakcbox and pipes. (or just the backbox with stock pipes?)\

Is this ok? would the diameter of the ek exhaust pipe match the CAT?
