I think Bisi's header is a piece or art and looks way better then a standard 4-2-1 piece.(But that's just my opinion)
It's the 2000-2005 Toyota MR2 Spyder EHPS (Electric hydraulic power steering pump).
You can check K20.org or Honda Tech or search on google and you'll find a topic for this (DIY).It orginally came from guys with a EK chassis with K20 engine with no room for the original Ps. pump .And they installed an electric version .I don't have ac anymore and i didn't want to loose my ps so i went for this solution.
Quote from Endyn:"The combustion chamber is a better shape than the DOHC.So don't chunk those 1.6 SOHC engines, they can make really good power. For a pure performance application, regardless of application, I'd choose the SOHC. No bull!"

the stock numbers are 42mm from cat back and 50mm from the header to the cat. But beware, this isn't the worst. EK3 civics have 39mm stock exhaust hehehe

Here, it should be something like 75eur from the manifold to the muffler.

The exhaust of D14A3 is same in diameter with the VTI one?
My exhaust is rusty with holes and i want to change it.

You could have a custom one! 50mm or 55mm would be good
