After i regrinded my d14 cam.. Can i just mount it back in using my stock camgear for now? And leave the rest of the head stock?

That depends on how much regrinded is your cam. You can use your stock camgear but maybe think of some aftermarket valve sprins ?

They told me that it wouldnt make a difference because its a daily... But i think after 17 years a fresh pair/stronger ones will be a smart thing to do right... Can i only change the springs or do i also need to change the rest?

What are the signs i have to think about if the stock camgear is not working propperly after i regrinded the camshaft

How much a 2nd stage cam (similar to bisi's spec) would affect consumption, providing that it is nicely ecu tuned? Do you have any idea?
