anywhere between and on the suggested values will be ok. You could set them at the middle of the proposed values.
Did the mechanic messed with your timing? Did you tune the clearance when the engine was totally cold?

Today I set the valves myself, of course the engine was totally cold.
The clearance that I choose was the minimum level 0.18-0.19mm for intake and 0.23-0.24mm for exhaust side valves.
I will post after some days if there is any improvement with this set up.

I always set to factory spec, but a little on the narrow side. Too much clearance is not a real problem, but too little is, it especially can burn up your exhaust valves if they don't close enough, so they can't loose heat to the head.

;)
I double check with the gauge the clearance.
Honda gives for intake 0.18-0.22mm and for exhaust 0.23-0.27mm.
I set as you with narrow clearance.

Generally is there any gain at power with the adjustment of valves at different clearances.
For example if we set little clearance the intake side and big the exhaust side?

You increase lift and duration marginally by putting stuff tight. I think it will be close to not-measurable in diff? 0.05mm is just a fraction of lift, less than 1%

After some days of driving I can say that with narrow valve adjustment car accelerates better.

Really? how many miles does your car have because that is quite unexpected. Maybe they were miles off to begin with?

Maybe, I have many thousands of kilometres to adjust them.
Now I have around 185000 km
