anyone knows if there is any difference between 1st gen.(89-91) b16a cams and 2nd gen.?

do you want to swap them? Why not go for the b16b cams which are for sure better. Maybe the b16a jdm version are better?

you need lots of money for b16b cams. valvetrain upgrade and pistons with higher compression

But you would love them... seen a lot of B16 getting 195-200 bhp with B16B cams and a decent amount of ECU tuning.
