Caps underneath front wipers

One of my caps have gone missing somehow, anyone know where I can get some? Or at least to start looking, whats their proper name? car is EJ9 '99

The name of that clip is "clow top clip"
part number 91508-SR3-000, on the picture is the number 18

Nice find!
But the price is not cheap including the shipping cost to Europe.
Better to prefer OEM stuff that lasts longer too
