finnaly i have some news!

the bad news is i did not reach 150 bhp but on the other side i have managed to get 131,5 horsepower and 148 Nm of torque, within a few monts i get back to dthe dyno with an IM of skunk2 because i want to go for the 100hp/L :D

and maybe if i trash my gearbox i am going to play with my gear ratio's

according to dodo i have the most powerfull non v-tec D14 of europe :D

I also think the results are low for this setup ,but it's mostly because of the throttle body / intake manifold setup you made.
In my opinion 66mm tb is waay too big ,and tapering the intake manifold is even worse (that's the worst you could do).
To keep things simple just test with a stock throttle body the next time or have one with you on the dyno.

I know a stock 55mm tb flows at least 260 CFM with a blox intake manifold because i got mine flowed back in the day.
The tb itself flows way more then that that i'm sure of .The best Fully ported D-series head either vtec or non vtec flow around 240cfm with stock sized valves. So you could never outflow a stock 55mm tb with a N/A D14 setup.
The only way you could do that is with forced induction(turbo, supercharger)
If you're going for a skunk2 intake manifold i would highly suggest to use either a stock 55mm or a 60mm throttle body from a B16a2 or others.

Big build B20 engines use a 64mm tb and they make around 250-300hp N/A .
You actually lose manifold pressure by using such a big tb ,i can't get filled up properly with air before the intake valves open.

If you fix the Throttle body /intake manifold problem i really think you could get to that 150bhp or very close to it.

Nick's post makes sense, I'd bring both TB so you can do back to back and prove once and for all.
